How many full time ecom developers have actually setup/run their own store

• I wonder how many full-time eCommerce developers have actually tried to setup/run their own eCommerce stores in the past couple of years. I'm looking at trying to set something up to make sure I stay empathetic to the non-development side of eCommerce.
