Sadly, Apple hasn't got back on the ball yet. USB still totally broken. After two failed attempts to record the podcast with (*gasp!*) our computers, we gave up, and Paul bought a mic for his ipod. The sound quality suffered a bit, but it's much better than the crackles coming from USB devices (and still better than shouting (-; ). Tags: paul reinheimer, php|architect, sean coatesRelated posts

Back on track, mostly. We had to use the crappy internal mic on my laptop, but it's better than shouting to the next town over... right?
Seems there's a serious audio problem in OS X 10.5.2 (which I unfortunately upgraded to).

This week's newscast will be very late (this weekend, hopefully), due to losing an entire podcast thanks to the piece of "software" known as GarageBand.
Welcome back to my dead-to-me list, GarbageBand.
